  1. QUICK TUTORIAL
  2.  
  3. If you have a printer attached to the parallel port of your Amiga, you might
  4. find it convenient to print this page.  Just click the PRNT button.
  5.  
  6. Here's how to make a Stereoptic picture right now...
  7.  
  8. When you finish reading this page, press ESC to return to the main interface
  9. panel.  Check that the default program is set up.  Only buttons D, J, and P
  10. should be depressed.  Click the OK button, and a {[A19,0,7]file requester} will appear.
  11. Use it to find the Stereop drawer and, in that drawer, the SOPics drawer.
  12. Open the SOPics drawer, click on the file name P01, then click OK.

  14. P01 will form the {[P01,4,7] background } of the Stereoptic picture.  When it appears,
  15. move the mouse pointer to the small panel and click the ALL button.  The
  16. file requester will reappear.  Repeat the above procedure for the files P02
  17. (the {[P02,4,7] middleground }) and P03 (the {[P03,4,7] foreground }).

  19. After you click the ALL button for the third time, Stereopticon will take
  20. over.  Just watch for about five minutes (on the slowest Amigas) until a
  21. bell rings and the file requester appears for the last time.  You can drag
  22. it down out of the way with the mouse to look at your new Stereoptic
  23. picture.  Use the requester to find a drawer in which to put your picture,
  24. type in a name, and click OK.
